Statistica locuințelor date în exploatare

În ianuarie-septembrie 2020 au fost date în exploatare 5008 locuințe (apartamente și case de locuit individuale), cu 1585 locuinţe (sau cu 24,0%) mai puţin faţă de ianuarie-septembrie 2019. Suprafaţa totală a locuinţelor date în exploatare în perioada de referință a constituit 397,0 mii m² sau cu 20,6% mai puțin față de perioada similară a anului 2019.
 
Conform datelor Biroului Naţional de Statistică (BNS), în primele nouă luni ale anului curent pe medii de rezidenţă, în mediul urban au fost date în exploatare 4317 locuințe, în scădere cu 1624 locuinţe (sau cu 27,3%) faţă de ianuarie-septembrie 2019.

Suprafaţa totală a locuinţelor date în exploatare în orașe a însumat 317,1 mii m2 sau cu 24,6% mai puţin faţă de aceeași perioadă a anului precedent.

În mediul rural au fost date în exploatare 691 locuințe sau cu 39 locuinţe (cu 6,0%) mai mult faţă de ianuarie-septembrie 2019. Suprafaţa totală a locuinţelor date în exploatare în satele țării a constituit 79,9 mii m2, în creștere cu 1,1% faţă de perioada similară a anului 2019.

În profil regional, în ianuarie-septembrie 2020 comparativ cu aceeași perioadă a anului precedent a scăzut numărul locuinţelor date în exploatare în următoarele regiuni de dezvoltare: mun. Chişinău – cu 1612 locuinţe (sau cu 28,4%), UTA Găgăuzia – cu 25 locuinţe (29,4%), regiunea Centru – cu 19 locuinţe (4,2%), regiunea Sud – cu 17 locuinţe (12,3%). Concomitent, în regiunea Nord s-au dat în exploatare cu 88 locuinţe (35,6%) mai mult față de ianuarie-septembrie 2019.
