Suma contribuțiilor în BASS s-a majorat cu 397,3 mil. lei

Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale a publicat Raportul operativ privind executarea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pentru 11 luni ale anului 2020. Conform acestuia, în bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat (BASS) au fost acumulate venituri în sumă de 22489,9 mil. lei, ceea ce  constituie o executare a prevederilor anuale (24572,1 mil. lei) la nivel de 91,5%.
 
Contribuţii de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii s-au acumulat în sumă de 12670,7 mil. lei sau 90,4% din suma anuală prevăzută de 14023,8 mil. lei. Faţă de indicatorul respectiv realizat în perioada similară a anului 2019, suma contribuţiilor în anul curent a înregistrat o creştere cu 397,3 mil. lei sau cu 3,2%.
 
Transferurile de la bugetul de stat s-au finanţat în sumă de 9619,2 mil. lei, în corespundere cu cererile de finanţare, din care:
  • 6654,1 mil. lei – destinate plăţii  prestaţiilor de asistenţă  socială şi altor plăţi, care conform legislaţiei sunt finanţate din bugetul de stat. Acestea au constituit 90,4% din suma anuală precizată de 7358,7 mil. lei şi sunt cu 1224,0 mil. lei (22,5%) mai mari faţă de perioada similară a anului precedent;
  • 2965,1 mil. lei – destinate pentru acoperirea deficitului de venituri proprii. Acestea au constituit 100% din suma anuală precizată de 2965,1 mil. lei.
 
Cheltuielile totale ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat în perioada raportată au fost executate în sumă de 22217,0 mil. lei sau 90,4% din suma anuală precizată de 24572,1 mil. lei. Faţă de indicatorul respectiv realizat în perioada similară a anului 2019, suma cheltuielilor BASS în perioada analizată a anului de gestiune a fost mai mare cu 2470,4 mil. lei sau cu 12,5%.
 
În perioada raportată, veniturile totale au depăşit cheltuielile totale executate ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat cu 272,9 mil. lei.
 
Soldul mijloacelor băneşti la conturile CNAS la situaţia 1 decembrie 2020 a constituit 482,8 mil. lei.
