Transportul de mărfuri și pasageri, în creștere

În primele opt luni ale anului curent, întreprinderile de transport feroviar, rutier, fluvial şi aerian au transportat 11,3 mil. tone de mărfuri, cu 11,4% mai mult decât în perioada similară din anul 2020, iar parcursul mărfurilor a constituit 3227,8 mil. tone-km, cu 9,8% mai mult comparativ cu aceeași perioadă din anul precedent, potrivit datelor publicate de Biroul Național de Statistică.
 
Cele mai multe mărfuri au fost livrate cu transportul rutier – circa 82,8% din total sau 9,4 mil. tone, fiind cu 16,8% mai mult față de perioada similară din anul precedent. Ponderi considerabile în volumul total de mărfuri transportate cu transportul rutier revin întreprinderilor din municipiul Chişinău (46,1%), iar regiunilor de dezvoltare Centru – 30,9%, Nord –14,9%, Sud – 5,6% și UTA Găgăuzia – 2,5%.

 

Totodată, cu mijloacele de transport feroviar, care dețin 16,1% în structura mărfurilor transportate, au fost furnizate 1,8 mil. tone de mărfuri sau cu 9,2% mai puțin faţă de ianuarie-august 2020.

În același timp, în lunile ianuarie-august ale anului curent cu transportul public au fost transportați 39,9 mil. pasageri, cu 14,4% mai mult față de aceeași perioadă din anul 2020, parcursul pasagerilor constituind 2223,1 mil. pasageri-km, în creştere cu 41,0% comparativ cu ianuarie – august 2020.

 

Transportul rutier de pasageri a deținut ponderea covârșitoare – 97,3% din total, transportului aerian și celui feroviar revenind 1,3% și, respectiv, 1,1%. Potrivit datelor, comparativ cu ianuarie-august 2020, creșteri au fost înregistrate în transportul aerian (+99,1%) și rutier de pasageri (+14,2%), în timp ce se atestă o scădere în transportul feroviar de pasageri (-14,8%) și în cel fluvial (-2,5%).
