В Кишиневе стартовала неделя бизнеса "Moldova Business Week"

В Кишиневе стартовало важнейшее в стране мероприятие по привлечению инвестиций - бизнес-неделя "Moldova Business Week - 2014". Ее открыл Форум экспортеров, в котором участвует около 200 представителей 100 крупнейших за 2013 год компаний-экспортеров, а также отраслевые госструктуры и бизнес-ассоциации, передает МОЛДПРЕС. Как отметил на открытии форума вице-премьер, министр экономики Валериу Лазэр, экспорт - это лицо страны с экономической точки зрения, и Республика Молдова намерена изменить свою экономическую модель, которая основывалась на импорте и получении денежных переводов из-за рубежа, и "построить модель, которая будет экспортировать не трудовые ресурсы, а конкурентоспособные товары и услуги".
Мы не держимся исключительно за экспорт на рынок ЕС, который откроется после вступления в силу Соглашения о свободной торговле, но нацелены на модернизацию экономики и высокие конкурентные позиции для экспорта и на Восток, - сказал министр.
Валериу Лазэр отметил, что экспорт требует надлежащей работы всех госструктур, а чиновники - это не "руководители экономики", а поставщики услуг для ее субъектов. В последние годы был принят ряд законов, гармонизированных с законодательством ЕС, гарантирующих четкие правила игры. Идут реформы с целью повышения конкурентоспособности национальной экономики, государство продолжит инвестировать в инфраструктуру, чтобы облегчить движение товаров. Как отметила директор программы USAID "Торговля, инвестиции и регулирование предпринимательской деятельности" /BRITE/ Келли Сейболд, исследования показывают, что задержка на один день при экспортных процедурах приводит к снижению ВВП на 1%. В Молдове, по данным Всемирного банка, процедура импорта занимает 45 дней, экспорта - 23 дня, это очень много. Реализация Соглашения о свободной торговле с ЕС позволит увеличить экспорт на 16%, - подчеркнула Келли Сейболд. Сейчас молдавские экспортеры пользуются режимом свободной торговли с большинством торговых партнеров нашей страны,- отметил замминистра экономики Октавиан Калмык. Он детально представил Соглашение о свободной торговле с ЕС, связанные с ним торговые режимы в отношениях с СНГ и США, торговле с Турцией, а также рассказал о требующих решения проблемах для успешного внедрения соглашения. В рамках форума экспортеры ознакомятся с системой инфраструктуры качества в Молдове, в том числе в контексте вступления в силу Соглашения о свободной торговле с ЕС с электронным таможенным оформлением экспортных товаров, иностранными национальными программами по расширению доступа хозяйствующих субъектов к финансированию. Вторая часть форума предполагает обсуждение барьеров во внешней торговле и проведение семинара "Общая система преференций США - возможности для молдавских товаров". Мероприятие организовано Министерством экономики, Организацией по привлечению инвестиций и продвижению экспорта /MIEPO/ в партнерстве с программой BRITE.
