«Ветер перемен»: Молдова на перекрестке европейских дорог

Конференция, организованная PwC Молдова 31 марта, носила название «Ветер перемен». Перемен для бизнеса, для экономики, для всей нашей страны, связанных с исполнением Договора об ассоциировании между Молдовой и ЕС. Все ораторы – от почетного гостя мероприятия, министра финансов Анатола Арапу – в приветственном слове, до представителя организатора конференции, Партнера, Департамент налоговых консультаций PwC Молдова и Румыния Ионуца Симион – в заключительном слове, отмечали необходимость внедрения новых – европейских – норм поведения для молдавских компаний. И особенно тот факт, что процесс ассоциирования потребует не только законодательных изменений, но и – самое главное – изменений на уровне менталитета руководства и владельцев компаний. Присутствовавшие на конференции представители бизнес-сообщества, руководители и финансовые директоры отметили информационную емкость мероприятия и наглядную картину глобальности процессов, в которые вовлечена Молдова после подписания Договора об ассоциировании с ЕС, нарисованную выступавшими специалистами компании PwC Молдова. С точки зрения участников конференции, вступительное слово представителя PwC Молдова и Румыния Ионуца Симион вызвало интерес как информация из первых рук о румынском опыте на этапе ассоциирования и подготовки страны к вхождению в ЕС. Александру Гозун, Менеджер Департамента бизнес консалтинга PwC Молдова рассказал о возможностях, которые предоставляет Соглашение по ассоциации и либерализации торговли с ЕС и о его долгосрочном влиянии на экономическое развитие страны и конкурентоспособность бизнеса в Молдове; Александру Мунтяну и Татьяна Ставински, Менеджеры Департамента юридических и налоговых консультаций PwC Молдова – о регуляторных и налоговых изменениях, связанных с исполнением Договора об ассоциировании с ЕС. Организаторы конференции рассмотрели поправки, которые будут внесены в налоговое законодательство вследствие подписания Договора об ассоциировании (Татьяна Ставински), говорили о вызовах в области бухгалтерского учета и аудита (Франческа Постолаке, Партнер Департамент аудита, PwC Молдова и Румыния). Важной частью мероприятия стали выступления Менеджера Департамента налоговых и юридических консультаций PwC Молдова Лилии Цапу о налоговых изменениях, планируемых на 2015 год, и Александру Мунтяну – о предстоящих в национальном налоговом законодательстве изменениях на фоне меняющегося международного контекста, частью которого является Республика Молдова. Хочу подчеркнуть на опыте Румынии, что процесс ассоциирования с ЕС – это не только преимущества, но и совсем другие отношения бизнеса и государства, новый кодекс поведения для каждой компании, - отметил, закрывая конференцию Ионуц Симион. – От самой вставшей на путь евроинтеграции страны, от каждой компании зависит, чтобы все связанные с процессом ассоциирования изменения оказались на пользу бизнесу, экономике, всему обществу. Компания PwC предоставит желающим презентации выступавших.
