Veteranii de război voi fi asigurați în AOAM

Veteranii de război vor avea statut de persoană asigurată de Guvern în sistemul asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală. Parlamentul a aprobat proiectul de lege   pentru modificarea unor acte legislative ce are ca scop acordarea măsurilor suplimentare de protecție socială pentru unele categorii de persoane.
 
Documentul mai prevede majorarea cuantumului alocației lunare de la 250 până la 500 de lei a cuantumului alocației lunare de stat soților supraviețuitori ai participanților la cel de-al doilea război mondial, sau la acțiuni de luptă în timp de pace căzuți la datorie, sau ai participanților la lichidarea consecințelor avariei de la Cernobîl decedați.

 

Dreptul la alocația lunară de stat îl are soția/soțul care s-a aflat în relații de căsătorie la data survenirii decesului cu persoană căzută la datorie/decedată.
