Volumul compensării tarifelor la energia termică se majorează

Cuantumul compensării diferenței de preț în urma majorării tarifelor reglementate la energia termică (inclusiv pentru încălzire şi prepararea apei calde menajere) pentru fiecare consumator casnic pentru perioada 1 ianuarie 2022-31 martie 2022 se calculează în mărime de 80% din diferenţa dintre mărimea tarifului nou-stabilit la energie termică şi mărimea tarifului reglementat pentru luna octombrie 2021, înmulţită la volumul energiei termice consumate efectiv în limita de până la 1,5 Gcal (inclusiv) lunar.
 
Proiectul ordinului cu privire la modificarea Regulamentului privind restituirea cheltuielilor, legate de acordarea compensării diferenței de preț pentru consumul gazelor naturale/energiei termice pentru consumatorii casnici în legătură cu majorarea prețurilor reglementate la gazele naturale/tarifelor reglementate la energie termică, aprobat prin Ordinul Ministrului Muncii și Protecției Sociale și Ministrului Finanțelor nr. 15/2021 (în continuare – Regulament) este propus pentru consultări publice.

 

Astfel, noua redacție a documentului prevede că compensarea diferenței de preț în urma majorării tarifelor reglementate la energia termică se acordă consumatorilor casnici conectaţi la sistemul centralizat de alimentare cu energie termică pentru încălzire şi prepararea apei calde menajere.

 

Autorii precizează că proiectul este elaborate în scopul ajustării prevederilor Regulamentului cu prevederile Legii nr.192/2021, modificările la care au fost aprobate cu 60 voturi în ședința plenară a Parlamentului din 21 ianuarie 2022 și va intra în vigoare la momentul publicării în MO.
