Microsoft запустит в Молдове горячую линию по предотвращению кибератак

В свете роста числа киберпреступлений компания Microsoft открывает горячую линию, нацеленную на поддержку пользователей, которые столкнулись с киберпреступлениями и компьютерным пиратством в Молдове. По данным отчета IDC, в 65% случаев на ПК сотрудников устанавливается нелицензионное ПО, а каждый четвертый сотрудник самостоятельно скачивает нелегальные программы и приложения на свои ПК, сообщает МОЛДПРЕС. В сети Интернет Молдовы используется одинаковая мошенническая схема с предложением скачать те или иные программные продукты компании Microsoft бесплатно. Так, например, при загрузке в Интернете программ по запросу «скачать Windows бесплатно» в 92 случаях из 100 пользователи рискуют потерять свои конфиденциальные данные и деньги, - уточняется компанией Microsoft. По данным Международного центра по борьбе с киберпреступностью корпорации Microsoft, в странах Восточной Европы около 80% граждан сталкивались в прошлом с действиями киберпреступников, а 97,5% компаний среднего и малого бизнеса минимум один раз в течение года подвергались киберугрозам. Атакам подвергаются в том числе очень хорошо защищенные сети ряда компаний. Так, 4 июня 2015 года кибератаке подверглись информационные ресурсы Национального банка Молдовы, которым был заблокирован доступ к данным НБМ, находящимся в Интернете. В итоге официальная страница ведомства была временно недоступна. Тремя месяцами позже атаке хакеров подверглась также база данных компании Starnet. По мнению экспертов, все эти случаи говорят об уязвимости наших информационных систем. По данным Генеральной прокуратуры, в феврале 2015 года внешней кибератаке подверглись информационные системы пяти государственных учреждений. Кибератаки происходят все чаще и подвергают все большим рискам информационные системы правительственных, частных и гражданских структур, - отмечает Министерство информационных технологий и связи. Уровень угроз со стороны преступников, использующих высокие технологии, постоянно растет. За последний год создано 317 млн новых вредоносных программ - это около 1 млн новых киберугроз в день, – заявил директор по управлению программными активами и проверке соблюдения условий лицензирования в странах СНГ Дмитрий Береснев. Сумма ущерба от кибератак на мировом уровне в 2015 году достигла 159 млрд долларов США. По данным компании Symantec, жертвами хакерских атак стали 594 млн человек.
