Videoconferințe la Fisc

Ieri, la IFPS, la nivel de conducători și specialiști din subdiviziuni, a fost prezentat noul serviciu ,,Anticamera on-line”, care va permite să fie dinamizat dialogul dintre autoritatea fiscală și contribuabili. Cu ajutorul noului serviciu, contribuabilii din întreaga țară vor putea dialoga, în direct, cu experții Fiscului, pentru a le adresa solicitări și pentru a primi, operativ, răspunsuri. Portalul conține câteva compartimente vitale: Audiență on-line, Conferințe, Ședințe, Seminare, Arhivă, Descărcare soft, Feedback. Toate dintre ele vor conține informația necesară. Spre exemplu, compartimentul Evenimente va arăta evenimentul în derulare sau ultimul care a avut loc; compartimentul Seminare va indica seminarele planificate sau petrecute; compartimentul Arhivă va expune toate evenimentele. Vor exista, desigur, alte elemente, precum: CAT, Întrebări adresate, sub-compartimente: - Întrebare; - Participă. Panoul informativ va cuprinde datele despre participanții la eveniment: nume, prenume, denumirea companiei, numărul de telefon. Persoana care participă urmează, deci, să se autentifice și se cere să fie înregistrată la serviciile electronice. Proiectul ,,Fisc interactiv” mai presupune ca participantul să fie de acord cu condițiile de participare la video conferință. Pe finalul înregistrării, participantul primește confirmarea din partea moderatorului (reprezentantului Fiscului) transmisă prin e-mail. Pentru înregistrare e nevoie de solicitarea participantului, sub formă de Cerere, întrebările preconizate pentru a fi adresate. Parametrii tehnici prevăd transmisie în direct de la trei camere de luat vederi, operatorul putând să opereze cu zece ferestruici (imagini) transmise pe portalul fisc.md., cu semnale de la serverul de confirmare și a celui de conferință. Videoconferințele vor avea capacitatea de a asigura participarea pe viu a 20-30 de persoane, vor avea ca scop o interacțiune calitativă, putând fi vizualizate de mii de oameni. Partea tehnică este aproximativ definitivată, urmează, și la nivel de moderator, lucrări de finisare, de șlefuire. Astfel încât, nu va fi nevoie să treacă prea mult timp și noul serviciu - videoconferințele de la Fisc - să se transforme în realitate.
