Доходы госбюджета за полугодие на 510,4 млн леев меньше намеченного

Доходы государственного бюджета Молдовы к началу июля превысили 13,325 млрд леев ($701,3 млн), что на 12,3% больше аналогичного периода 2014 г., но на 3,7% (510,4 млн леев) меньше намеченного. Как сообщает "Инфотаг" со ссылкой на данные Минфина, поступления от проектов, финансируемых из внешних источников, составили 697,5 млн леев - вдвое меньше, чем год назад причем 685,3 млн из этой суммы составили гранты. Расходы государства достигли 14,582 млрд леев - на 13,1% больше прошлогоднего, но на 18,8% (3,369 млрд леев) меньше запланированного. Несмотря на это, дефицит бюджета достиг 1,257 млн леев. Покрывался он в основном за счет внешних займов - 591,2 млн леев и сокращения средств на счетах госбюджета на 526,7 млн леев - до 1,58 млрд. Собственных ресурсов государство смогло выделить лишь 139,2 млн леев, в том числе 18,4 млн леев от приватизации. Государственный внешний долг на конец июня составил $1,29 млрд, уменьшившись с начала года на $15,5 млн. На его обслуживание было направлено 407,1 млн леев - на 6,3% меньше намеченного. Внутренний государственный долг составил 7,09 млрд леев, уменьшившись по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года на 15,4 млн леев. На его покрытие за шесть месяцев направлено 260,2 млн леев - 98,5% от намеченного. На заседании парламентской комиссии по экономике, бюджету и финансам министр финансов Анатол Арапу,представляя отчет об исполнении бюджета за полугодие, заверил депутатов, что финансовая ситуация в стране находится под контролем, несмотря на приостановку поддержки бюджета со стороны иностранных партнеров, расходы на социальную сферу, медицину, образование выполняются в полном объеме и долгов перед пенсионерами и бюджетниками у государства нет.
