Agricultorii: Statul trebuie să procure de la noi cereale la un preţ mai mare

Producătorii agricoli consideră că statul ar trebui să procure de la ei cereale la un preţ mai avantajos pentru ei. Despre aceasta se vorbeşte în scrisoarea adresată de preşedintele Uniunii republicane UniAgroProtect, Alexandru Slusari, ministrului Agriculturii şi Industriei Alimentare, Eduard Grama. În acest mod statul va sprijini fermierii, deoarece în anul curent preţul la grîu este prea mic - circa 2,2 lei/kg. Sînt necesare intervenţii pe piaţa cerealelor din Moldova, prin intermediul căror statul va procura pentru nevoi sociale 5-10% din recoltă la un preţ mai mare, - consideră el. Potrivit spuselor sale, statul ar putea păstra această rezerva pînă cînd preţul la grîu va creşte rapid, şi vînzându-l brutăriilor la un preţ mai mic ar putea stopa creşterea preţurilor la pîine. Statul doar va cîştiga, chiar şi dacă includem cheltuielile pentru depozitarea cerealelor, - este convins Alexandru Slusari. El a mai informat că astăzi mulţi agricultori, din cauza situaţiei financiare nefavorabile şi lipsei de posibilităţii de a depozita cerealele sunt nevoiţi să le vîndă la preţul de producere sau chiar mai puţin. Şi a subliniat că intervenţiile corespund legii privind organizarea şi funcţionarea pieţelor agricole, ba mai mult, în Moldova există Agenţia pentru Intervenţie şi Plăţi în Agricultură care ar trebui să se ocupe de aceasta. Anterior, ministrul Grama afirma că Ministerul Agriculturii nu se va implica în formarea preţurilor de piaţă la cereale. El consideră ca preţul al grîu poate creşte dacă posibilităţile de export se vor extinde, iar importul de făină din Ucraina se va diminua.
