Comercializarea mărfurilor industriale în centrul capitalei va fi interzisă

Mărfurile industriale nu vor mai fi vândute la pieţele din centrul capitalei. Acest lucru este prevăzut în Strategia de dezvoltare a comerţului interior în municipiul Chişinău pentru perioada 2015-2020. Potrivit autorităţilor, comercianţii îşi vor putea vinde mărfurile industriale doar la pieţele din alte sectoare ale oraşului. Iniţiativa însă este criticată de către comercianţi, care spun că astfel îşi vor pierde cumpărătorii. Strategia de dezvoltare a comerţului prevede ca pieţele din centrul capitalei să fie strămutate în alte sectoare ale oraşului, iar autorizaţiile să nu fie prelungite. Pieţele industriale ar urma să fie strămutate la periferie sau în regiunea străzii Calea Moşilor. În piaţa de mărfuri industriale de pe strada Calea Moşilor există suficient spațiu unde ar putea să-și amplaseze marfa comercianții din centrul capitalei, a spus șeful-adjunct al Direcţiei generale comerţ, alimentaţie publică şi prestări servicii a municipal Chişinău, Valentina Constantinov. Primarul general al capitalei, Dorin Chirtoacă, susţine că Strategia prevede îmbunătăţirea infrastructurii comerciale rurale şi asigurarea pieţei interne cu produse calitative. Consider că implementarea acestei strategii trebuie să fie urgentată, pentru că centrul orașului este supra-aglomerat, iar de aici vin mai multe pericole, cum ar fi incendiul ce s-a produs recent. Se vede foarte clar că situaţia de la Piaţa Centrală şi din centrul Chişinăului este depăşită de felul în care se face comerţ, a declarat edilul. Cei mai mulţi comercianţi nu sunt de acord cu iniţiativa autorităţilor. Lumea este obișnuită să vină la această piață pentru a face cumpărături. Aici se află gara centrală, este foarte multă lume şi vânzările merg foarte bine, au declarat câțiva comercianți. În municipiul Chișinău activează 47 de pieţe. Strategia mai prevede că acţiunile de optimizare şi modernizare a pieţelor agroalimentare vor fi aplicate nu doar în centrul Chişinăului, ci şi în sectoare şi suburbii. În document nu sunt stabilite costurile lucrărilor, nici perioada exactă de implementare a lor.
