Обесценивание молдавского лея на международной валютной арене продолжается. Судя по последним тенденциям, когда с каждым днем доллар и евро дорожают на 15-30 банов, в ближайшее время курс лея не перестанет падать. Пока экономисты и эксперты бьют тревогу, указывая на опасность, в Нацбанке вмешиваться в ситуацию не собираются, сообщает Actualitati.md Молдавский лей после незначительной стабилизации в марте-июне вновь зарегистрировал значительное падение. С 15 июня молдавская валюта по отношению к доллару обесценилась на 1,5 лея ― с 18,07 до 19,52 MDL/$. Аналогичная тенденция и в соотношении молдавского лея к евро: с 15 июня лей обесценился с 20,21 до 22,10 MDL/€. Ранее Нацбанк объяснил валютные колебания политической нестабильностью и ситуацией на банковском рынке. "На колебания валютного курса в последние дни влияют отставка правительства, разговоры о ситуации на банковском рынке, перенос приезда миссии МВФ и позиция в связи со всем этим международных партнеров по развитию",— уверен вице-председатель Национального банка Марин Молошаг. По его словам, "НБМ не видит фундаментальных экономических факторов в краткосрочной перспективе для колебаний на валютном рынке". Впрочем, некоторые эксперты считают иначе. "Объективные факторы нам известны ― сокращается экспорт и экспортная выручка. Статистика показывает, что снижаются денежные переводы из-за рубежа. Есть и чисто субъективные факторы, которые сыграли роль и в прошлой волне девальвации ― это игра на валютном рынке. Она продолжается, и кто-то хорошо обогащается за счет этих валютных колебаний", ― уверена доктор экономики Елена Горелова, отметив, что конкретные лица или предприятия трудно назвать. "По статистике это нельзя понять. Дело в том, что на обменах валют зарабатывают и банки, причем вполне легально ― за счет курсовой разницы. Но очевидно, что кроме банков есть еще и другие лица, которые нам неизвестны. Так же, как остались в тени те, кто раскачивал валютный рынок в прошлый раз", ― сказала она. На вопрос о прогнозе дальнейшего курса, эксперты схожи во мнении, что ничего хорошего ждать не приходится. "Если Нацбанк продолжит бездействие, то к началу октября доллар вырастет до 25 леев, а то и больше", - уверен экономист Александр Сорокин. Примечательно, что в Национальном банке ни губернатор, ни его команда не видят причин для вмешательства. Кассиры в обменных пунктах говорят, что все спокойно.
