Эксперты призывают правительство правильно определить приоритеты

Откладывание реформ из года в год и от одного правительства к другому дает о себе знать. В настоящее время Республика Молдова стала не только страной-экспортером рабочей силы, но и экспортером мозгов. Так считает экономический эксперт ИРСИ „Viitorul” Татьяна Ларюшина. В рамках дискуссии, организованной во вторник, 26 января, эксперт отметила, что Молдова стала страной, откуда происходит „миграция мозгов”, потому что людям, которые заканчивают высшие учебные заведения, негде работать, передает IPN. Татьяна Ларюшина отметила, что для улучшения ситуации необходимо продвигать не реформы, а комплекс реформ, чтобы люди, которые имеют высокий уровень знаний, могли успешно использовать их в своей родной стране. А это означает создание привлекательных рабочих мест с конкурентоспособной заработной платой, которая позволит им иметь нормальную жизнь, - сказала эксперт. Эксперт в области ИТ Вячеслав Кунев заявил, что привлекательные рабочие места можно обеспечить в сфере информационных технологий. Не нужно намечать слишком много приоритетов, было бы достаточно выбрать правильно несколько и работать серьезно над ними. Не просто заявлять и через некоторое время забыть о них, - отметил Вячеслав Кунев. По его мнению, развитие новой ИТ-индустрии, в частности, в области разработки программ, имеет перспективы в Молдове, и для этого есть некоторые ресурсы, в том числе человеческие. Но необходимо стимулирование со стороны государства на определенный период времени. Кроме того, необходимо, чтобы государство способствовало подготовке квалифицированных кадров в рамках сотрудничества с заинтересованными компаниями. В то же время через имеющиеся рычаги государство должно продвигать продукцию молдавских компаний на внешний рынок. Экономические дебаты „Перспективы развития инновационного бизнеса в Молдове” были организованы Институтом развития и социальных инициатив „Viitorul” и Радио Свободная Европа.
