IDIS Viitorul отметил важность привлечения инвестиций для устойчивого экономического развития Молдовы

Привлечение прямых инвестиций в национальную экономику должно стать приоритетным для правительства Молдовы, - считает эксперт в области экономики Института развития и социальных инициатив (IDIS) Viitorul Серджиу Гайбу. Особо он отметил важность развития информационных технологий и автопромышленности. Министерство экономики прилагает большие усилия для улучшения инвестиционной среды. Однако постоянно меняющееся законодательство, несовершенная судебная система и нерешенная приднестровская проблема отпугивают потенциальных инвесторов. Немаловажны и внешние факторы: конфликт в Украине и агрессивная политика России, которые делают регион непривлекательным для инвестиций. Кража миллиарда из молдавских банков – еще один фактор, который показывает, что банковская система может выйти из-под контроля молдавских властей, - считает эксперт. Среди положительных проектов для привлечения инвестиций он назвал Свободные экономические зоны, которые предсказуемы и экономически стабильны. Именно они привлекают крупных инвесторов и способствуют созданию новых рабочих мест. Другой эксперт, Адриан Чофу отметил, что Молдова пока недостаточно известна в международной инвестиционной среде. Кишинев должен разработать план действий, чтобы в среднесрочной перспективе Молдова стала известной с привлекательной стороны крупным международным компаниям. Автопромышленность имеет высокий потенциал развития. В качестве примера служат такие компании, как Draexlmaier и Lear Corporation. Также крупные инвестиции поступили от японских гигантов Sumitomo и Fujikura, - напомнил он. Эксперты уверены, что привлечение инвестиций снизит уровень безработицы в стране. По данным IDIS Viitorul, занятость населения в Молдове составляет 40%, тогда как в ЕС этот показатель достигает 65%.
