Majorarea tarifelor este o provocare, dar, totodată, și o rezervă

Recenta majorare a tarifelor va duce inevitabil la creșterea prețului la mărfurile și serviciile autohtone, afectînd competitivitatea acestora. În cadrul unui interviu acordat NOI.md, ex-ministrul Economiei, președintele Camerei de Comerț și Industrie Valeriu Lazăr a spus că întreprinderile totuși pot profita de această situație:
  • De sigur, se poate de privit simplu această problemă și de spus că majorarea tarifelor va afecta competitivitatea mărfurilor moldovenești. Dar, pe de altă parte, ponderea mare a energiei în structura prețurilor la mărfurile și serviciile noastre este o rezervă enormă pentru sporirea competitivității lor.
    • La noi rata eficienței utilizării resurselor energetice este de trei ori mai joasă decît cea medie pe Europa, iar în comparație cu Suedia – probabil de zeci de ori. În realitate aceasta constituie o rezervă imensă. Din experiența anilor trecuți se vede că pe măsură ce cresc prețurile la tarifele energetice, întreprinderile și oamenii încep să se preocupe de reducerea consumului de energie. De aceea majorarea tarifelor va fi un stimulent suplimentar pentru sporirea eficienței energetice, cu atît mai mult că există și programele BERD, și cele ale Fondului pentru Eficiența Energetică, creat în baza banilor europeni pe lîngă Ministerul Economiei. Adică, în principiu, există instrumente, însă interesul întreprinderilor pentru aceste programe este destul de mic. Obiectivul nostru nu este reducerea tarifului, ci micșorarea facturilor la energie. Aceasta este o problemă adevărată, a căreia soluționare presupune implementarea noilor tehnologii, de eficiență energetică sporită, precum și instruirea personalului.
