Peste 50 de companii și mari angajatori, membri ai Grupului de Dialog Economic al Asociației Oamenilor de Afaceri din Moldova (AOAM), au participat la o dezbatere pe marginea proiectului Politicii bugetar-fiscale pentru 2017. Evenimentul a fost organizat de AOAM și a beneficiat de participarea ministrului și vice-ministrului de Finanțe, Octavian Armașu, respectiv, Veronica Vragaleva, care au prezentat membrilor Asociației principalele măsuri incluse în proiectul Politicii bugetar-fiscale pentru anul viitor. În cadrul discuțiilor, ministrul de Finanțe a pledat pentru un parteneriat cu reprezentanții mediului de afaceri. Ne dorim ca politica de impozitare să fie rezultatul unui efort comun, al mediului de afaceri și al ministerului. Prezentarea pe care o voi face va arăta principalele aspecte ale politicii bugetar-fiscale și sper ca discuția va fi interesantă, a declarat Octavian Armașu. La rândul său, Directorul General al AOAM, Andrei Crigan, a menționat utilitatea unor astfel de dezbateri. Aceste discuții cu reprezentanții Guvernului, care devin deja o frumoasă tradiție, sunt extrem de utile. Prin intermediul lor, membrii AOAM își pot spune punctul de vedere cu privire la politicile statului destinate mediului de afaceri și pot veni cu îmbunătățiri la acestea, a declarat Andrei Crigan. În cadrul evenimentului, participanții la dezbatere au avut posibilitatea să intervină cu întrebări și propuneri pe marginea principalelor prevederi ale documentului prezentat de Ministerul de Finanțe și care vizează măsuri precum: impozitul pe venit, impozitul pe bunuri mobile și taxele locale, nivelul accizelor, soluția fiscală anticipată. Subiecte de interes au reprezentat și impozitarea cu 8% a biocombustibilului solid, introducerea TVA pentru obiectele dreptului de autor și ale drepturilor conexe, salariile în plic. Oamenii de afaceri au cerut reguli clare de impozitare, previzibilitate pentru politicile fiscale și vamale, perioade fiscale flexibile. La acestea și alte propuneri, ei au primit răspunsuri din partea reprezentanților ministerului de Finanțe.
