Молдавско-итальянские отношения являются очень хорошими, и в стадии переговоров находится ряд важных для двух стран соглашений. Об этом заявила посол Республики Молдова в Италии Стелла Стынгач в ходе передачи Loc de dialog на Radio Moldova. По словам посла, на данном этапе действуют 35 двусторонних молдавско-итальянских соглашений. "У нас есть соглашение, которое касается защиты инвестиций. Это очень важно, потому что Италия занимает второе место среди иностранных инвесторов в Республике Молдова. Я считаю важным и соглашение, которое касается конвертации водительских удостоверений. Таким образом, выехавшие в Италию молдаване не должны сдавать экзамены для получения водительских удостоверений. В стадии переговоров находится и соглашение о взаимном признании документов об образовании", - сказала Стынгач. Посол Республики Молдова в Италии уточнила, что наиболее важное соглашение, находящееся в фазе переговоров, касается социальной защиты молдаван, работающих в Италии. "Сильная сторона этого соглашения в том, что граждане Республики Молдова, работающие в Италии, смогут получать пенсии по старости. Мы наблюдаем значительную открытость, но в то же время и сдержанность со стороны итальянского правительства, которому придется выплачивать деньги из бюджета. Но мы будем настаивать на этом. Молдаване пожертвовали многим, чтобы работать в Италии, особенно женщины, которые составляют две трети из числа наших соотечественников, проживающих на полуострове", - сказала Стынгач. Стелла Стынгач добавила, что получила уверения в том, что в ближайшее время Парламент Италии ратифицирует Соглашение об ассоциации Республика Молдова - ЕС. "Италия поддерживала и поддерживает Республику Молдова на европейском пути. У нас есть в лице Италии преданный сторонник", - заявила посол.
