Uniagroprotect critică Consiliul concerenţei pentru refuzul de a investiga piaţa cerealelor

Președintele Asociației Producătorilor Agricoli UniAgroProtect, Alexandru Slusari, a criticat Consiliul concurenței pentru refuzul de a investiga situația de pe piața de cereale din Moldova. El a relatat că la solicitarea sa către consiliu de a efectua o investigație privind existenţa unor acorduri anticoncurențiale din partea întreprinderilor care achiziţionează grâu și orz de la fermieri, drept răspuns a primit o notă “cu rugămintea de a prezenta informația cu privire la toți producătorii și cumpărătorii de cereale din Moldova”. Este o bătaie de joc. În Moldova există zeci de mii de fermieri care cultivă grâu și orz, nici una din organizațiile nonguvernamentale nu poate să întocmească lista amănunțită a producătorilor, în termenii stabiliți de către Consiliu, - s-a arătat indignat Slusari. Potrivit lui, Consiliul concurenței, care este o structură de stat, deține toate posibilitățile de a cere informația despre toți producătorii de grâu și orz de la Biroul național de statistică, precum și informații despre export de la Serviciul Vamal. Surse din cadrul Consiliului concurenței au relatat că scrisoarea către UniAgroProtect nu este singura acțiune pe care consiliul a întreprins-o pentru a colecta informații. Interlocutorul a explicat că UniAgroProtect este una dintre cele mai importante asociații ai producătorilor agricoli, care activează în decurs de 15 ani. Astfel, organul miza pe ajutorul din partea acesteia pentru colectarea informației. Președintele UniAgroProtect a atras atenția autorităților în mod repetat asupra faptului că agricultorii suferă pierderi din cauza prețurilor scăzute de achiziție pentru cereale. El susține că în Ucraina și România preţurile la cereale sunt cu peste 50% mai mari decât în Moldova.
