Raiduri pe traseu pentru combaterea activităților ilicite

Este știut că Serviciul Fiscal de Stat nu urmărește scopul sancționării contribuabililor, ci conformării lor benevole, axându-se pe educarea agenților economici și cetățenilor în spiritul respectării legislației în vigoare. În acest context, pe parcursul perioadei 01-10.04.2015 IFS Telenești a efectuat raiduri pe traseu de comun cu angajații MAI întru combaterea transportului ilicit de pasageri și conformarea benevolă a transportatorilor auto, fiind depistate 6 cazuri de prestare a serviciilor de transportare a călătorilor cu mijloace de transport auto regim ,,taxi” fără înregistrarea activității. Inspectorii fiscali din cadrul Direcției Control Fiscal IFS Telenești atrag atenție aducerii în cadrul legal a persoanelor ce practică activitate ilicită. În perioada 10-17.04.2015 au fost efectuate controale operative în saloane de frizerii, fiind depistate 7 cazuri de acordare a serviciilor de frezat-coafat. În urma discuțiilor purtate, în domeniul acordării serviciilor de frezat 3 persoane și-au legalizat activitatea prin procurarea patentei de întreprinzător. Între 21-25.04.2015 au fost efectuate raiduri la piețele din raion, având scop educativ, întru conformarea persoanelor fizice ce comercializează păsări (pui pentru creștere), răsad de legume. În urma vizitelor la agenții economici din comerț amplasați în raza piețelor au fost depistate următoarele încălcări:
  • Trei cazuri de comercializare cu amănuntul a țigaretelor cu filtru la prețuri ce depășesc prețurile maxime de vânzare cu amănuntul, contrar prevederilor art.1231 al.5 din Codul Fiscal;
  • Două cazuri de întocmire a incorectă a registrului de casă.
Pentru aceste încălcări vor fi aplicate amenzi fiscale în sumă de 3,0 mii lei și sancțiuni contravenționale în sumă de 11,1 mii lei.
