(ro/ru) Ghidul contribuabilului începător

Orice contribuabil trebuie să-și cunoască atât drepturile și obligaţiile, cât și consecinţele cu care ar putea să se confrunte în caz de nerespectare a legislaţiei în vigoare. Respectiv, politica de asistenţă a SFS se referă la acţiuni de promovare şi sporire a gradului de conformare fiscală și de popularizare a legislaţiei fiscale în rândurile contribuabililor.
 
 

 

În acest sens, autoritatea fiscală pune la dispoziție Ghidul contribuabilului începător, ce oferă o prezentare generală privind aspectele fiscale în desfășurarea activităţii de întreprinzător, precum și oferă cunoștințe de bază în domeniul fiscal, oferind un suport important pentru inițierea unei afaceri.
 
Ghidul conține detalii privind:
  • Forma de organizare juridică;
  • Obținerea actelor permisive;
  • Înregistrarea activității de întreprinzător;
  • Obligația luării la evidența fiscală;
  • Impozitele, taxele și alte plăți nefiscale;
  • Utilizarea echipamentelor de casă și control
  • Prezentarea rapoartelor către SFS;
  • Evidența contabilă;
  • Ce reprezintă obligația fiscală/restanța;
  • Modificarea termenului de stingere a obligației fiscale;
  • Efectuarea controlului fiscal și examinarea cazului de încălcare fiscală.
