Transportatorii, în vizorul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat

În scopul prevenirii cazurilor de prejudiciere a bugetului de stat, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat continuă monitorizarea sectoarelor economiei naționale cu un risc sporit de neconformare fiscală, unul din obiectivele principale ale SFS fiind aplicarea măsurilor de descurajare a desfășurării ilicite a activității de întreprinzător.
 
Pe parcursul anului 2020, au fost întreprinse acțiuni de conformare voluntară și forțată față de contribuabilii care prestează servicii de transport ilicit interurban/internațional de persoane, dar și în regim de taxi, a persoanelor fizice care practică activitate de transport ilicit de pasageri în traficul internațional.

 

În aceeași perioadă  SFS a recepționat 278 dosare contravenționale cu privire la prestarea ilicită a serviciilor de transport de persoane și/sau mărfuri, prezentate de către Agenția Națională Transport Auto. În rezultatul acțiunilor de administrare fiscală întreprinse, față de persoane fizice ce practică ilicit transport de persoane și/sau colete în traficul internațional, 72 șoferi au fost sancționați, în baza art. 263 alin. 1 din Codul contravențional1.

 

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat în continuare recomandă contribuabililor să se conformeze prevederilor legislației în vigoare.

(1) Desfăşurarea activităţii de întreprinzător fără înregistrare la Camera Înregistrării de Stat sau la o altă autoritate publică competentă conform legii ori cu act de înregistrare declarat nevalabil

se sancţionează cu amendă de la 30 la 90 de unităţi convenţionale.
