В части I «Законы, Постановления Парламента Республики Молдова и Указы Президента Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы. • Постановление о внесении изменения в пункт 1 Постановления Парламента о днях памяти, праздничных днях и днях отдыха в Республике Молдова № 433/1990 (№ 134 от 20 сентября 2019 г.) Конституционный суд Республики Молдова публикует: • Постановление о контроле конституционности некоторых положений Закона № 156 от 14 октября 1998 года о государственной пенсионной системе (обращение № 98а/2019) (№ 19 от 24 сентября 2019 г.). • Определение о неприемлемости обращения № 128g/2019 г. об исключительном случае неконституционности ст. 4 ч. (6) Закона № 1054 от 16 июня 2000 года о введении в действие раздела IV Налогового кодекса (№ 87 от 12 сентября 2019 г.) • Определение о неприемлемости обращения № 144g/2019 г. об исключительном случае неконституционности ст. 189 ч. (3) п. е) Уголовного кодекса (шантаж, при котором получено имущество) (№ 88 от 12 сентября 2019 г.). • Определение о неприемлемости обращения № 151g/2019 г. об исключительном случае неконституционности некоторых положений ст. 2872 ч. (1) Налогового кодекса (№ 89 от 12 сентября 2019 г.) В части III «Акты министерств, департаментов и Национального банка Молдовы» Министерство экономики и инфраструктуры публикует: • Приказ об утверждении дополнений, которые вносятся в приложение к Приказу № 66 от 4.05.2010 г. (№ 244 от 2 октября 2019 г.). Государственная налоговая служба публикует: • Приказ об изменении Приказа ГГНИ № 400 от 14 марта 2014 г. (№ 408 от 24 сентября 2019 г.). Полное содержание издания.
