Британские регуляторы введут отдельный режим отчетности для микроорганизаций

Британский Департамент бизнес-инноваций и экспертизы (Department for Business Innovation and Skills – BIS) подтвердил намерение согласовать режимы отчетности для обществ с ограниченной ответственностью (LLP, либо ООО – так привычнее) и всех прочих компаний и ввести отдельный “режим отчетности для микропредприятий”. Решение принято на основе публичных консультаций, продемонстрировавших серьезную поддержку этой идеи. Консультации проходили в конце прошлого года. 13 письменных ответов – включая комментарии таких организаций как BDO, Deloitte, EY, Grant Thornton, PwC, RSM, Ассоциация технических бухгалтеров (AAT) и не только – все выражали поддержку идее изменения режима отчетности для обществ с ограниченной ответственностью. Среди прочего, эти перемены будут означать и поднятие планки для отнесения организаций к категории LLP на основании их размера, ограничение объема обязательной отчетности для них, предоставление ООО возможности использовать альтернативный вариант представления отчета о прибылях и убытках и отчета о финансовом состоянии. Малой величины ООО могут позволить составлять сокращенный вариант отчетов и использовать в отдельной отчетности метод долевого участия (“equity method”). Новые режимы отчетности для организаций этого рода ожидаются в Великобритании уже летом. Отвечая на полученные по ходу консультаций комментарии, регуляторы уже заявили, что позволят компаниям внедрить у себя новый режим отчетности досрочно, в случае если те уже не успели подготовить свою отчетность за 2015 год.
