ЕС в течение шести месяцев может предложить черный список «налоговых гаваней»

ЕС необходимо в течение полугода составить общий черный список «налоговых гаваней» и быть готовым наложить на них санкции. Об этом сообщает РИА «Новости» со ссылкой на еврокомиссара по экономическим и финансовым вопросам, налогообложению и таможенному союзу Пьера Московиси. Мы должны перечислить налоговые гавани с помощью общего черного списка ЕС и быть готовы ударить по ним с помощью подходящих санкций, если они откажутся измениться, — сказал он. Московиси подчеркнул, что если эти документы покажут нарушение законодательства ЕС или выявят недостатки в регулировании, то Еврокомиссия не будет медлить с ответными действиями. Новый черный список должен быть составлен в ближайшие шесть месяцев, — добавил он. Ранее Евросоюз призвал власти Панамы к сотрудничеству в расследовании международного скандала с публикацией документов офшорного оператора Mossack Fonseca. 3 апреля было опубликовано масштабное расследование OCCRP, ICIJ и журналистов десятков изданий о причастности мировых лидеров, политиков, спортсменов и деятелей культуры к офшорным сделкам. В списке фигурировало окружение президента России Владимира Путина, упоминались имена пресс-секретаря президента России Дмитрия Пескова, министра экономического развития Алексея Улюкаева, президента Украины Петра Порошенко, а также премьер-министра Великобритании Дэвида Кэмерона, премьер-министра Исландии Сигмюндюра Гюннлейгссона, Джеки Чана, Лионеля Месси и др. Изучение миллионов документов стало возможным после утечки информации из панамской юридической фирмы Mossack Fonseca, которая за годы работы зарегистрировала более 240 тыс. офшорных компаний.
