Еврозона: рост кредитования бизнеса и населения ускоряется

Темпы роста кредитования в еврозоне в феврале оказался максимальными за пять лет. Объем займов, выданных компаниям нефинансового сектора, увеличился на 0,9% по сравнению с февралем прошлого года, а кредитование частных лиц – на 1,6%. Именно этого теоретически и добивается Европейский Центробанк, уже год активно смягчающий монетарную политику. ЕЦБ по идее должен приветствовать любое увеличение кредитования, влияет ли это на реальный сектор экономики – совершенно другой вопрос. Но, конечно же, мы видим доказательства того, что рост экономической активности в лучшем случае очень маргинальный. В борьбе со слабым экономическим ростом и угрозой дефляции ЕЦБ ежемесячно тратит десятки миллиардов евро на кредитование банков, в марте он расширил программу стимулирования. ЕЦБ пытается заставить банки вкладывать деньги в экономику. На фоне почти нулевых базовых ставок, доходность вкладов в коммерческих банках снижается, инфляция при этом инфляция продолжает падать – в феврале “она опустилась на 0,3%”. Так что кредиты оказываются для компаний и физических лиц выгоднее сбережений.
