Норвегия распечатает суверенный фонд для покрытия дефицита в 2016 году

Норвегия планирует впервые в истории использовать резервы своего суверенного фонда, крупнейшего в мире, для покрытия дефицита бюджета в 2016 году, сообщает агентство Bloomberg. Как следует из проекта бюджета на следующий год, правительство намерено изъять из фонда 208 млрд норвежских крон ($25,2 млрд). Тем временем поступления в фонд, совершаемые из доходов от нефтедобычи, прогнозируются на уровне 204 млрд крон. Таким образом, чистая сумма изъятий из фонда составит около 4 млрд крон, тогда как в текущем году правительство совершило вливание средств в размере 38 млрд крон. Мы полностью готовы к такому развитию ситуации, - отметила пресс-секретарь фонда Марте Скаар. Прогнозируемый доход, в который входят дивиденды, процентные выплаты, рента и так далее, составит в следующем году 423 млрд крон, то есть размер фонда не уменьшится. Взятые у фонда средства правительство намерено частично потратить на возмещение убытка от сокращения налогов. В частности, налог на прибыль компаний планируется снизить на 2 процентных пункта, до 25%. Согласно официальному прогнозу, ВВП Норвегии вырастет на 1,3% в текущем и на 1,8% в следующем году. Государственный пенсионный фонд Норвегии, основанный в 1998 году, является самым большим фондом национального благосостояния в мире. Стоимость его активов оценивается в $820 млрд. Фонд является держателем 1,3% всех акций, торгуемых на мировых рынках.
