Россия-Беларусь: единый Налоговый кодекс?

Программа экономической интеграции России и Беларуси, рассчитанная на следующие полтора года, была подписана в начале этого месяца сторонами-участниками (представленными премьер министрами Дмитрием Медведевым и Сергеем Румасом), но до сегодняшнего дня никаких особых деталей не раскрывалось. Речь идет как минимум о едином Налоговом кодексе, внешнеторговом режиме и Гражданском кодексе, унифицированном учете собственности и сходных соцгарантиях, почти объединенном банковском надзоре, но с двумя центробанками, едином регуляторе рынков нефти, газа и электроэнергии и гармонизированном госрегулировании отраслей. Такая степень интеграции — выше, чем в ЕС, фактически на уровне экономик речь идет о создании с 2022 года конфедеративного государства. При этом вряд ли оно будет полностью равноправным для сторон: экономика РФ в 29 раз больше белорусской. Ожидается, что президенты Белоруссии и России могут утвердить программу интеграции двух стран к 8 декабря, сообщил «РИА Новости» посол Белоруссии в РФ спецпредставитель по вопросам интеграционного сотрудничества в рамках Союзного государства Владимир Семашко. 8 декабря будет отмечаться 20-летие подписания Договора о создании Союзного государства России и Белоруссии, пишет российское издание “Коммерсантъ” .
